Daniel "Dan” Quintana is the current Senior Vice Commander of VFW Post 12101 in Las Vegas, NV.  His service in the U.S. Central Command Area of Responsibility makes him eligible for membership.

Dan recently retired as a Command Sergeant Major from the Army National Guard, a career spanning 37 years. His final assignment was Command Sergeant Major of the Nevada National Guard’s 17th Sustainment Brigade, which is Post 12101’s adopted unit.

In addition to being a Life Member of Post 12101, Dan is also a life member of the National Rifle Association, a PADI certified scuba diver, and avid outdoorsman.

Dan and his wife Jennifer have been married for 21 years and have two children, Tristen and Rylee.
